| Measurement of hearings |
| NETEKIA does not ask for your consent to track your navigation on its website for a simple reason: the follow-up we are conducting is completely anonymous, for everyone, all the time. This is a minimalist follow-up allowing us only to measure the audience of the site for exclusively technical and operational reasons. Accurate measurement and understanding of hearings is essential for technical teams to deliver a quality continuous service. Analysing audiences means being able to understand and anticipate them. For example, be able to adapt the site load in a global analysis of several metrological factors (measurement science). |

| Thus, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, we use a parameterized hearing measurement tool to be exempted from the request for consent before following up your browsing and depositing a cookie. This is the Matomo open source software that we have set for strict respect for the anonymity of visitors: |

| Although using Matomo as a measurement tool, we do not use its tracking JavaScript code (customer side). We use our own script that performs the server-side measurements and transmits the data to Matomo by API through our secure virtual private networks. The raw audience data are thus fully protected and are subject to a high level of encryption during sending to Matomo. This also allows us to protect our processing cluster and isolate it in a totally compartmentalized environment. |
